Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
For Domestic Trips:
45 days or more before departure: Full refund except for non-refundable charges.
30-44 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.
29 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.
For International Trips:
60 days or more before departure: Full refund except for the non-refundable deposit.
30-59 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided, and all payments made will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation by TravelPocket
If TravelPocket cancels a trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, customers will have the following options:
A full refund of the amount paid.
The option to reschedule the trip for a later date.
A travel voucher of equivalent value for future bookings.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Certain costs remain non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline, including:
Visa processing fees.
Travel insurance premiums.
Airfare or train tickets (unless specified otherwise).
Accommodation booked under non-refundable terms.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
5. Amendments to the Booking
Booking modifications are subject to availability and additional charges as per supplier policies.
Changes made closer to the departure date may incur higher fees or may be non-refundable.
6. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to appear on the departure date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
7. Special Packages & Group Tours
Cancellation and refund policies for special packages, promotional deals, and group tours may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.
